Where a brand new item has been purchased, For example: an electric guitar, and it has a defect or issue making the instrument un playable we will accept returns and send it back to the manufacturer for full replair or replacemement.

All brand new instrument come with a warranty from 1 to 3 years depending on the manufacturer.

As a FAZLEY delear we get a 3 year warranty's with most of our instruments.

Exchanges are not accepted unless we have a like for like replacement instore.

If a replacement is required then we will return the instrument back to the manufacturer and ask for an immediate replacement if we do not have a like for like swap available/replacement at the time or return.

We can not be held responsible for any delays in manufacturer's limited stock or issues with transit arrival times. These are out of our hands and the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and which delivery company they use.

When returning an instrument please ensure it is of the exact condition when it was purchased. Please bring proof of purchase with you.
