Shipping Policy

GPM send out packages 3 times per week. These days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

This relates to any items with a value less than £80.00.

All small items are shipped by Royal Mail, (Second Class).

For musical instruments we will endevour to ship on the same working day.

All instruments are shipped with Parcel Force (Express 48) Unless otherwise requested.

Delivery times, for example 2 days come into effect from the day of despatch.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping from the selected courier.

Where we sell on eBay and use Royal Mail (second class), the delivery time is solely down to that courier.

Where a package is received damaged from the courier it is the responsibility of the buyer to make complaints direct to that courier.

If our packaging was insufficient and damage was caused in transit we will endevour to resolve the issue. Whether this be via returns (At the buyers cost). If it is deemed we have not packaged the item correctly we will re-enbusre the buyer.
